Energy Crisis Intervention Program (ECIP) - An emergency fuel service available if you run out of fuel, this program is open only during the HEAP season. Call 452-5104 ext 100 between 8:30am - 4pm. After 4pm & on weekends call 437-0050. (The amount of fuel given out will be between 5 ~ 20 gallons.) Call any of our branch offices or energy@dutchessCAP.org

Food Pantry - Available to eligible individuals at no cost. Call any of our branch offices or info@dutchessCAP.org

Thrift Store - The Dover Plains Branch Office' thrift store is open to the public. Thrift Store vouchers are available to individuals & families that meet the guidelines.
