Everyone is welcome to participate, there are no eligibility guidelines. This program assist families and individuals in cutting their food expenses. EHP offers the opportunity to purchase nutritious foods at lower than retail cost. For just $14.00 they receive a “unit” of food that includes: Meats, Grocery Staples, Fresh Fruits, Fresh Vegetables. The menu changes every month.

We accept CASH but sorry, No personal checks. Payment must be made at the time your order is placed. Please remember to obtain a receipt. Without this receipt to present on distribution day, we cannot guarantee an order. There is no income limit ~ no limit on quantity.

Orders may be placed by mail. Mail orders must be post marked no later than the 1st of the month. Mail your completed order form and a money order made payable to the Regional Food Bank of N.E. N.Y. to your local DCCAP site where you will pickup your order.

There may be times when the Regional Food Bank does not send the correct total number of individual food units ordered. In the event this happens, DCCAP will make every effort to substitute from our Food Pantry.

Important Information:

• You must pay and order no later than the 10th of each month, by noontime.

• If the 10th of the month falls on a Saturday, Sunday, or holiday then orders will be accepted in the morning of the first work day.

• Orders arrive usually the last Thursday of the month. The exception to this occurs only during the month of Holidays (Easter, Thanksgiving, and Christmas)

• Every order form has their delivery dates and time on them. Each of our branches has a different delivery or pick up hour.
