Income Tax Preparation - During the Income Tax season DCCAP will help prepare your Income Tax returns at no cost. This service is open to all Dutchess County residents who meet the eligibility guidelines. Our trained professionals will help you take full advantage of the Earned Income Tax Credit if you qualify.
