The Thrift Store accepts donations of clothing, household items such as kitchen ware, curtains, bedding, lamps, knick knacks and gift items during business hours. We are unable to accept furniture. 
We discourage "dropping off" donations after hours and over weekends, as this presents problems involving dumping and theft. If you are unable to bring donations during business hours, please call ahead and make special arrangements.
All income generated by the Thrift Store goes toward meeting the needs of the community, whether in the form of Emergency Financial Assistance, Rental Assistance, to avoid utility shut-off, to access prescription medications, restocking of the Food Pantry etc. We are dependant upon and grateful to our community, which has always given so generously to our Thrift Store.
DCCAP offers Thrift Store vouchers to families and individuals who are having difficulty meeting their own or their family’s needs regarding clothing or household needs and who meet eligibility criteria. 
There are no requirements to shop at our Thrift Shops.
