Apply for Services

Thank you for visiting our online portal. The portal makes applying for services easy and keeps your information confidential.

To enter the portal please click on Apply for Services below then click Sign In to log into your account. If you need to create an account or are not sure if you have an account, click I'm Not Sure and follow the prompts to create an account.

Complete the requested information to the best of your ability. Once you submit your application, a Family Resource Coordinator will contact you during our normal business hours of Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM.
