Community Action Partnership for Dutchess County has announced that Dr. Linda Haas Manley has been named its new chief executive officer, succeeding Elizabeth C. Spira, who is retiring after 25 years of service with 14 years being CEO.
"I want to thank the staff and the community at large for all their support through the years,” Spira said. “I look forward to turning over the reins to Dr. Linda Haas Manley, a leader with all the necessary knowledge and skills to move forward and take CAPDC into the future.”

How can Community Action help you?
We offer services to help you with Financial Assistance, Food Pantry Needs, Prescription Assistance, Dress for Success employment empowerment at our Career Center or Boutique for females, Suited to Succeed for males for interview and employment suiting's, Weatherization Assistance for your home, Free Tax preparation, and Community Outreach events throughout the year to help local families.
We can provide help for those in need through programs such as HEAP, SNAP, or with our
Food Pantry's at each site.
